Submission guidelines
This directory is for dealership document timing, not personal complaints or sensitive records.
What to share
- Submit only the vehicle release date and the dates when OR/CR or plates were received.
- Do not enter plate numbers, VIN, full names, uploaded documents, phone numbers, addresses, or employee names.
- Keep notes short, factual, and free of accusations that cannot be verified.
- Reports stay pending until an admin reviews them.
- Approved reports affect aggregate ratings, not individual public profiles.
- Your email is used for verification and moderation reference. It is not shown publicly or shared with third parties.
Moderation
Admins can approve, reject, or flag reports. Public scores use approved reports only, so pending or rejected entries never affect dealership ratings.
